In 2020-2021, she completed a full theoretical-practical academic course corresponding to the international standard, an internship at the “Guga Sikharulidze Mental Health Research Center”. The course included the theoretical part of clinical psychology, psychodiagnostics, clinical psychiatry, and practical work with patients of a complete diagnostic spectrum.


Elene works at the Guga Sikharulidze Mental Health Research Center, specializing in art therapy, psychotherapy, psychodiagnostics, and scientific research.


Elene works in the “Guga Sikharulidze Mental Health Research Center” in the therapeutic direction of children, teenagers, and adults with fears, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and anxiety disorder with supervision. 


She has research experience in the field of psychology on topics such as drug addictions, alcoholism, gambling, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, and others. 


Elene works as a behavioral therapist with children and adolescents with behavioral disorders, autism spectrum, and other developmental disorders with supervision.


She works with children and adolescents in the direction of assessment and diagnosis of behavioral disorders, autistic spectrum, and other developmental disorders.


In 2024, she received an international license to conduct ADOS-2, an autism diagnostic screening tool.


From 2024 to the present, she is studying at the International Preparatory Course in Behavior Analysis to obtain a license as a behavior analyst.


Elene has experience conducting training and workshops and participating in conferences in the field of autism and developmental disorders.


In 2024, she presented a report on “Managing fear with a combined method of systemic desensitization and behavioral strategies in a child with autism” at the Georgian Behavior Analysis Conference.


She is actively involved in various conferences, seminars, and training programs to improve her qualifications.


Elene is fluent in Georgian, English, and Russian.
